Who we are

This website
- The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools.
- The contact form does not store anything on the website: it prepares a message that opens in WhatsApp or your email app, and it only reaches us if you send it.
- The website is hosted on Cloudflare, whose servers may log technical data such as IP address for security and abuse prevention.
Messages you send us
- We use the name, company and contact details you send only to reply, arrange a demo and prepare a written offer.
- We do not sell your details or share them with marketers.
- We keep correspondence for up to 24 months after the last contact unless you become a customer, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
The RokaDex application
- Company data (projects, clients, quotations, tasks, files) is stored with the cloud provider Supabase and used only to run the service.
- Each company sees only its own data; the company owner sets member permissions and can stop any account.
- The company owns its data. Its owner can download an archive of data and files when the service is enabled, and request account deletion by email.
- We recommend each company keeps a regular copy of its archive. Backup and restore details, where offered, are stated in the written offer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
