The service
RokaDex is online subscription software for managing joinery workshops and factories. Included modules, users, storage, price, term and support are set in a written offer for each company; the accepted offer forms part of these terms.
This website is for information only. Its images are from the software with demo data; the animated drawing is a concept.
Accounts and use
- The company account owner is responsible for inviting members, setting their permissions and keeping passwords private.
- The service may not be used unlawfully, to try to access another company’s data, or to disrupt the service.
- Data a company enters belongs to it; it allows us to process that data only to run the service.
Design and cutting outputs
Drawings, parts lists and CSV files are aids and must be reviewed by a qualified person before manufacturing. We do not provide CNC machine programs and are not responsible for manufacturing errors caused by skipping that review.
Subscription and cancellation
Any trial, payment method and cancellation notice are stated in the written offer. When a subscription ends, the company owner can request an export of their data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; it may stop for maintenance or hosting-provider faults. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what the company paid for the three months before the incident.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute is first settled amicably, then before the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
